  I've been working out at Crossfit Pathway for about a year and a half. They were accommodating to my need to scale down workouts at the end of my pregnancy, always keeping me challenged but safe. I continued to come workout several days a week beyond my due date. No problems whatsoever. I love that I can drop my baby off at the childcare while I workout. The coaching and programming of the workouts keeps me progressing in my gymnastic abilities, strength in lifting heavier weight , and running speed. All around fitness improvements. I am former Army and I have birthed 9 children, yet I'm in THE best shape of my life. Nothing has challenged me more physically than my friends and coaches I GET to spend time with at Crossfit Pathway. I count it as a blessing.
